Glimpse of the international enzyme bath training program
During the training, participants actually blend raw materials such as rice bran and fermented liquid, and learn the techniques to manage the fermentation process.
Under the guidance of the instructors, they acquire practical knowledge about temperature control, enzyme activation, and daily maintenance methods in detail.
The entrepreneurs take notes enthusiastically, ask questions, and also challenge the modern application of this traditional technique.

The Start of the Training

Preparation

The necessary documents have been shared on Google Drive before the training, and all the questions have been addressed online to each participant ahead.

Orientation on the First Day

We learn about the history and basic principles of enzyme baths, and receive a detailed explanation of the 1-week training schedule. The trainees actively take notes as they listen to the instructor's explanation.

First Experience of the Enzyme Bath

By actually experiencing the enzyme bath and feeling its effects firsthand, we deepen our understanding of the techniques that we will learn during the training. The attendees from the Czech Republic and Costa Rica were really impressed by this first experience.

Mastering the Technique of Enzyme Baths

Blending Enzyme Materials

I learned the blending ratios and fermentation process of the basic materials for enzyme baths, such as rice bran and natural herbs. I understand the importance of optimal temperature management and maturation period.

Temperature and Humidity Management

I acquired the environmental control techniques to provide the best experience for customers. I practiced a management method that combines digital measurement instruments and analog sensations.

Treatment and Customer Service Flow

I repeatedly practiced the entire flow, from explaining to customers, to treatment, and aftercare. I also learned customization methods to suit different clients' physiques and conditions.

Record of Cultural Exchange and Learning

During the training period, we not only acquired technical skills, but also deepened our understanding of Japanese culture. We enjoyed Japanese cuisine together, had fun at hanami (cherry blossom viewing), visited temples to pray for business success, and had many opportunities to experience Japanese traditions. We also interacted with Japanese people, and friendships that transcend the language barrier were formed.

Evaluation of Japanese Instructors

"Although there was a language barrier, their enthusiasm and focus were remarkable. Their precise questions and attention to detail showed their serious attitude to learn about enzyme baths. I hope their facilities will become a hub for international enzyme bath culture."

Future International Health Initiatives

This international training program is the first step in spreading Japan's traditional health practices to the world. Building on the success in the Czech Republic and Costa Rica, we plan to further expand the enzyme bath culture to many more countries. Our goal is for Japan's health technologies to cross borders and contribute to the health and well-being of people around the world.
