Education and Early Career
After graduating from Tokyo Kasei University, I worked as a secretary at a foreign company. I developed a strong interest in health and beauty, and decided to change my career path.
Innovation in Compressed Yoga
After obtaining a certification from the Yoga Alliance USA, I developed "Compressed Yoga," which combines compressed training and yoga. I opened five studios in Tokyo and gained media attention.
Expansion Overseas
In 2015, I traveled to the United States and contracted with SURIYA SIDE YOGA in New York. I obtained an artist visa and began to spread the Japanese health method internationally.
